A couple days before the big festivities we did some sparklers with our neighbors. Poor Olivia burnt her finger, so that meant everyone needed an otter pop!
These two are so funny. Cohen calls her "viviva!"
Stephen, Afton, Brooks and Zoey came to spend the 4th with us. We had to go back to science city. I love this picture. They are in the exact same position looking at the train below.
Cohen got to hold the birdie on his shoulder. He was pretty nervous and didn't hold it long, but was pretty stoked about it afterwards.
On the move!
At Science City they have a Sky Bike. You ride through the sky basically. It sounds and looks a lot scarier than it is. You cannot tip this thing.
We had a neighborhood picnic and this was my contribution. It didn't turn out as well as it did the first time we did it, but it was still super delicious.
Let the Fireworks begin...
We had lots of fun...but unfortunately our fun went up in flames.
Can you find what is wrong with the picture below? Poor Afton's skirt caught on fire and then Brooksie burnt his hand. Sorry guys, next time we'll skip out on the sparklers.
